At The Happy Planner, we want you to love your purchase and find your happy place. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all planners, stickers, and accessories are securely stored to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
